Enjoying the Snow!

We have about six inches of snow and more is to come! I love the snow! Hannah and Austin are enjoying the day off by sledding!

15 Years Ago Today!

15 Years ago to this day we were blessed with our youngest, Joshua Michael Queen. He has brought so much joy to our lives. He is everything I could have ever asked for in a son. He's smart, funny, kind, considerate, cute, and a wonderful blessing to our family. We love you Joshua!

Where does the time go?

Hannah is getting her hair done for her Senior Portraits. I can't believe she will graduate high school in 4 months.

I could not be more proud of Hannah. She is #1 in her graduating class. Her top pick for college is NC State. She has been accepted in the bio-medical engineering program.

Lion Heart Award

In February we attended the Winter Sports Banquet. We are very proud of Hannah who received the 2012 Lion Heart Award for Cheerleading. This award is one of the most special awards given.  It is given to the person on the team who exhibits leadership, character and integrity. The cheer coach had such nice things to say and we were so proud.

The next picture is Hannah and her best friend Krissy. Hannah has such sweet friends. They are holding flowers that the Basketball players gave all the Cheerleaders. So sweet!

10th Grade Memories

Tomorrow is the last basketball game of the season. It's been a great cheer squad this year. Go Lions!

Hannah started off the school year by joining Cross Country in the Fall. She worked hard and received a MVP award for the 2011-12 School Year in Cross Country.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I always look forward to Valentine's Day. I know that on that day I will probably get something special. I vote for everyday to be Valentine's Day. Today my husband of 22 years got me beautiful flowers, my favorite candy and a sweet card. I am blessed!
